See how your practice really runs.Give the advice with a system underneath it.

People advisory keeps coming up with your clients and there has never been anything under it but a survey you built yourself and a spreadsheet. Intian is that infrastructure and there’s nothing for your firm to buy.

Four conversations you’re already having. Pick one and see the work it should turn into.

The work it becomes

True labour allocation

Payroll shows what people cost, not what they do. The activity model shows where the hours actually land, across roles, jobs and clients.

Every one of these is work your firm already does. Each needs a diagnosis of where effort actually goes, which the accounts can’t give you.

Who this is for

Advice without the infrastructure.

Four kinds of practice end up advising on workforce, and none of them were ever handed a system to do it with.

HR practitioners

You’re building it by hand

Surveys stitched together in a form tool, a spreadsheet per client, and a model that starts from nothing every time. The method is sound and the plumbing isn’t.

Outsourced and virtual HR

You hold the relationship

Your clients are ongoing rather than project based, so you need something that keeps running between reviews instead of a diagnostic that has to be redone each time.

Accounting practices

Where your numbers stop

The accounts show what people cost. They don’t show what people do, which is where the profitability, valuation and hiring conversations all end up stalling.

Independent and boutique advisors

You’re the whole firm

No analyst, no research team and no tooling budget, competing against firms that have all three. This gives one person the evidence base a team used to assemble.

The boundary

Your client stays your client.

What sits with your firm and what comes to me only if the client asks for it.

Stays with your firm

  • Job and service line profitability
  • Budgets, forecasts and the case for a hire
  • Culture, coaching and leadership development
  • Performance and remuneration frameworks
  • Virtual CFO and board reporting

Comes to Intian, if requested

  • Restructuring and org design
  • Workforce and capability planning
  • Implementation

The work that sits outside an accounting practice, and outside its insurance.

Nothing here asks your firm to advise outside its scope, its training or its PI cover.

How the partnership works

Nothing to buy. Something to sell.

Between your firm, your client and Intian, with the advisory fee staying where it belongs.

Step 1

You contact Intian

An arrangement is agreed, with no marketing or contact from Intian to your client.

Step 2

The client takes a fixed licence

Eight to twelve weeks, priced into your engagement. Nothing rolls on afterwards unless they choose it.

Step 3

You advise and bill

Job costings, valuations or hiring cases, priced and delivered by your firm. Employees complete Intian surveys.

The licence runs for the engagement and the advisory fee is yours. The disclosed referral is a flat fee or a client discount, your call. No client accounting information is shared with Intian.

How it works

Six steps on a loop.

Discovery shows what is really happening inside your client, execution changes it and measures the result, and step 6 feeds back into step 1.

Phase 1DiscoveryWhat the client is actually doing, by whom, and at what cost.
Onboarding and analysis surveys1

Analysis

Onboarding and analysis surveys

The client uploads their employee list and the first activity survey goes out.

Current state ecosystem built2

Mapping

Current state ecosystem built

A living model of activities, roles and where the labour actually lands.

Capability gaps and org health score3

Diagnosis

Inefficiencies and org health score

Duplicated work, non-chargeable time, key person risk and capability gaps surface.

Phase 2ExecutionTest the change before the client commits to it, then watch what it did.
Planning and modelling4

Improvement

Planning and modelling

Model a change, a hire or a restructure and see the cost before anyone commits.

Live updates and suggestions5

Action

Live updates and suggestions

Apply the change, notify the people it touches, and watch the effect land.

Adaptive strategy and KPIs6

Control

Adaptive strategy and KPIs

Organisational health tracked as a live measure the client can be reviewed against.
