Who you’d be working with
I’m Patrick Kevin. I spent years in management consulting on operating model and transformation work, most recently delivering organisational redesign at Transport for NSW.
Most of what you will need me for is not billable. Call to soundboard a decision, check whether a number says what you think it does, or ask the thing you would rather not put in writing, and I run the onboarding with you rather than sending a link and leaving you to it. When you want the bigger pieces, redesign, strategy or facilitation, they are priced well under market and only when you ask for them.
